Eliminate Integration Complexity
Reduce your capital and operational expenditures with GuardX's consolidated architecture instead of installing and wiring separate subsystems.
Individual Subsystem Complexity
Using separate environmental monitoring devices, isolated access control panels, and standalone fire alarm panels together.
-
❌
High CapEx: You purchase separate licenses and controller hardware for every subsystem.
-
❌
Complex Wiring: Hundreds of meters of extra bus and data cables must be routed inside server rooms.
-
❌
No Autonomous Decisions: Even if the temperature sensor detects a fire, there is no direct physical connection to trigger suppression immediately.
-
❌
Scattered Management: You are forced to manage and monitor three different software systems and dashboards.
Full Control in a Single Unit
Unified system providing temperature, humidity, fire detection, aerosol suppression, and RFID access control.
-
✅
60% Hardware Savings: Solve 4 major safety disciplines with a single hardware unit to save budget.
-
✅
80% Faster Installation: Activate the entire system in hours using a single unit mounted directly on top of the cabinet.
-
✅
Zero-Latency Autonomous Decisions: Even if network connectivity is lost, the on-board processor executes autonomous suppression decisions.
-
✅
Centralized API & Dashboard: Manage everything through a single modern dashboard, SNMP v3, and MQTT interface.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most frequently asked questions about GuardX telemetry and fire suppression systems.
Does the integrated aerosol suppression module damage electronic equipment?
Absolutely not. GuardX uses eco-friendly potassium carbonate-based aerosol technology. Upon activation, the gaseous agent suspends in the air to interrupt the fire chemistry without requiring plumbing, piping, or pressurized cylinders. The agent is non-conductive, non-corrosive, and leaves no liquid or foam residue that could damage server boards, switches, or other IT components. It can be easily ventilated after discharge.
Will GuardX continue to operate during power outages or network failures?
Yes. GuardX Pro and Ultra models feature built-in industrial lithium-ion backup batteries. If main power or PoE is lost, the system continues monitoring and autonomous fire detection/suppression for 12 to 24 hours. The system will also transmit emergency alert signals to the central console and registered administrators via GSM/API backup links upon power failure.
Do we need to purchase additional software licenses for SNMP v3 or Modbus integration?
No. GuardX devices are designed to support open industry standards out of the box. SNMP v2c/v3, MQTT, and Modbus TCP protocols are embedded in the firmware at no extra charge, allowing direct integration with enterprise monitoring platforms (such as Zabbix, PRTG, Splunk, etc.).
How does a unit autonomously decide to trigger the suppression module?
The system utilizes a dual-criteria validation algorithm. If the digital sensors detect that the temperature has exceeded the safety threshold (e.g., 60°C) or the smoke detectors activate, an audible alarm triggers and a warning is sent to the console. If the temperature continues to rise and crosses the critical fire threshold (e.g., 75°C), GuardX ignites the aerosol capsule within microseconds. This decision is made locally by the device processor and operates independently of any network connectivity.
